Instructions for Authors

Papers presented in the conference will be based on a 2- to 4-page extended abstract, using the following templates:

• Extended Abstract Template (Word Format)
• Extended Abstract Template (LaTeX Format)
  

Before submitting your extended abstract, you should login. If you never used sciencesconf.org web tool previously, you will have to create an account first.

Then you will be able to submit your extended abstract in the Abstract Submission section. On the first page, you will be asked to provide a short summary (max 250 word) that you can directly write in the dedicated box or copy-past from any text editor. This short abstract will be included in a booklet of abstract available during the confernece.
