Instructions to Speakers and Chairpersons

The presenters are requested to be in the lecture room about half an hour in advance of the session start (before the first session of the day, and during a coffee break or lunch for the other sessions). All presenters are asked to put their presentations on the computer via an USB-stick. On this laptop computer, PowerPoint (Microsoft 365) and Abode Acrobat are installed. Technical support is provided by a student.

Chairpersons will be present in the room about 15 minutes before the session starts to discuss the latest issues and meet the presenters.

• For regular presentations the time allocated for presentations is 15 minutes in total. That means 12 minutes for presentation and 3 minutes for discussion. Since it is a tight schedule, please stay within your allocated time slot of 15 minutes.

• For keynotes lectures the time allocated for presentations is 60 minutes in total. That means 45 minutes for presentation and 15 minutes for discussion.
